Long Day...Very Tired

Hubby and I saw the mediator tonight for the first time. We expected to only be there an hour or so and get some paperwork filled out, but it didn't go that way.

By the time we left it was after 9pm (we went at 630pm) and neither one of us had had supper, were exhausted and had headaches, although hubby's worse than mine.

I cried much more than I wanted to and sort of had been having second thoughts for a few days, but I got through it. I felt bad about the crying etc., and explained to hubby afterward that I had been going as such a fast paced, campaigning and political stuff that when we talked a little over 2 weeks ago, my head got it, but my heart didn't have time to deal with it until I went from 400mph to 2mph, hitting that brick wall.

Since then I have missed him a lot and cried a lot. Now the heart is catching up with the head and I know what needs to be done and it will be ok. We will both be ok.

Anyways. I am beat tired. Its almost 1230am and I can hardly keep my eyes open. Just wanted to share this piece with you a little bit and of course end with some music.

For hubby and everyone else out there who needs to hear this: James Taylor- "You've Got A Friend". Awesome tune. Enjoy.

love that tune. Be strong, I remember the meeting with my lawyer when I signed divorce papers I left a few tear stains as I signed, but it was something I had to do. The first few months were rather rough too, I read the bible, cried some and eventually found my way to happiness. I still love Chirsty(x) but know we just weren't supposed to be together.
