No Longer A Republican
die. However, the Republican party has continually
let me down by ignoring the Conservatives of the party.
They have no one to face Obama and if he should win
again, I will leave the country.
So, now I am looking into the Tea Party which seems
to pay attention to it's members. I am done with the

Anybody remember Somalia and that mess? The Baltic states (former Yugoslavia) and that mess? Do we honestly want to do that and go through that again?? Absolutely not. I believe there is a time and place when war or military intervention is needed by the United States, but this is definitely not one of those times!!
And when the time comes, and it will, will Obama help Israel? Nope.

Gettysburg Address
Also, I think it is a good boost for us, The People; a rally cry. Read it. Read it again. Print it off and post it somewhere to remind you. Highlight was is special to you in the speech. NOW, we need to get to work and I hope this speech will inspire you who aren't working to save our country and encourage those who already are working on it!

HELLO??? IS EVERYONE OUT THERE DEAD???
What's the deal? I write about what I think needs to be written about whether people like it or not. However, I don't know if people do not like it or not because NOBODY COMMENTS!

Hahaha!, Lybia, and Credit Rating
We have no business being "involved" in Lybia! The only reason we are is because Obama and Qaddafi are best buds and both Muslims. My serious concern is that when all these Middle East countries quit fighting amongst themselves (in their own countries), guess where they are all going to go? Israel. And who does Obama despise? Israel? We are in such deep trouble.
Our credit rating was dropped to the negative as a country. I heard on FoxNews yesterday from a financial analyst that on paper, we are basically a "Third World Country"! Geez. Way to go Obama! And yet he's still printing money in the basement of the White House which, say it with me, DEVALUES the dollar. Most European countries won't even accept dollars anymore!

The Singles Post
Do we (singles) not matter to you as a Church Body? Should we not be able to have time to fellowship together as singles? I feel like we do not matter in the church. If you're single and even close to 40 or over, well, forget it, we're not going to have any single activities for you.
So, I guess its back to the bars and nightclubs. Way to go Churches!

Singles in the Church
I am in my early 40s and single. I have been looking for a singles group at a church. I like my church and would like to stay there, however, they have no singles group either (and they are big enough for one). I have been attending there for almost 1 1/2 yrs off and on and asked several times about a singles group and they keep saying they are working on it, but so far nothing. I really feel like I need it. I have been single for 3 yrs now and its time.
So, I called around to some other decent sized churches here in town, and nope, they do not have singles groups. Then I called several large churches in the city next to us (which is bigger of course) and some of them do have singles groups, but they are only for those in their 20s and 30s, they do not allow anyone older in the group.
So, here is my thing. Why are churches basically ignoring those of us who are over 40 and single?? Do they not think that we need fellowship and time with each other? Are we supposed to go to church and wear name tags that say 'Hi, I am single'. I do not understand why churches are not reaching out to this group of people. They are missing out (the churches).
We need a singles group as much as the younger groups. We've experienced life; some of us have been married and divorced, widowed or what-have-you. It would enrich us to be able to get together and share our stories, some of us are still hurting, but also just talk about daily things and HAVE FUN!
So, can anyone answer me why churches seem to ignore those who are single and over 40? I do not understand it at all. They have things for kids, teens, young adults, etc., but nothing for us. It really kind of hurts me that there is nothing there for us. Where are we supposed to turn to? Bars? Dance clubs? The lonely hearts club?? I am truly at a loss.
Please, please, if someone has an answer or suggestions, please let me know because I do not know where to turn to from here. I honestly don't.

Obama
Did he just wake up one day and say, 'Oh, I think I will send troops to Lybia'? There are I don't know how many of our planes in the region, 2,000 Marines on their way and "secret" boots on the ground already! Why are people not more up in arms about this? We should be. He has yet broken another Constitutional Law!
We have got to stop him and stop him now. He's already ruined our country enough! If we let it go on another 2 yrs., it will take years for us to repair the damage!!!
I am so sick of his smug attitude and his narcissistic ways. Its all about him. Not about the people of this great country. It's look how good I look on TV, look at the sound bite I said and they'll believe it, etc., etc.
GET OFF YOUR BUTTS AND DO SOMETHING!
Get involved locally, state or federally, but we've got to stop Obama. I am about to go picket in front of the White House myself I am so angry. And what makes me more angry is that I don't see a lot of American people standing up and saying enough is enough! If you are, then speak up! SPEAK LOUDLY!

Middle East
I say we stay out of it all and let them fight it out themselves. As far as I know, there is no security threat from any of this, at this time, to the United States. So, what's the big deal?
And where do they all get off blaming Israel for all of this? Israel hasn't done anything, that I know of.
Give me your thoughts and questions. Do you agree, disagree, what do you think? I think Obama is an idiot, that's what I think. And he didn't go before the American people or ask Congress; that's a big no-no.

He has not said a word about the Middle East; about the reporters who've been assaulted and sexually assaulted; he has not said a word about the 2 border guard agents who were killed in OUR COUNTRY (New Mexico), seriously this dude out to lunch! And he's secretly meeting with lobbyists!!
And how in the world did Rohm Emanuel win the Mayors race in Chicago? Last I heard, you had to live there a year before you ran for office. Then it was in court and it didn't look good for him (and I might add, wasn't fair to the others), and the next thing I know, he's Mayor. Guess the mob and good ole boys network is still alive and well up there.
Hmm. Good ole' boy network sounds like here. Doesn't it just make ya sick?

New RNC Chairman
As I understand it, the Chairman of the RNC's job is more 'behind the scenes'. I think and hope that Mr. Preibus' first order of business will be to get us out of debt. This debt in inexcusable.
Then I think his second order of business should be to encourage those who have a chance, to run for President in 2012 (next year). It is coming up fast. Then, to stand behind State and Local races on the Republican side.
I think that the Party needs to be more open to including the true Conservatives as well as the Tea Party. That popped up because the Conservatives and others didn't feel like they were being included or heard. So, Mr. Preibus, please listen to us and consider what we have to say.
May God bless you as you begin your new job. May you seek His guidance, His wisdom, and most of all, His direction.

I must speak a word about how Congress, particularly the Democrats, are behaving after this incident. Have they forgotten the Constitution? Have they forgotten the 2nd Amendment? Making more laws is not going to stop the bad guys from still obtaining guns and other weapons. Get a grip.
